What about HIPAA?
We use HIPAA-compliant infrastructure (Twilio + AWS BAA tier). All call recordings, transcripts, and patient data are encrypted at rest and in transit. We sign a BAA on day 1.
What if it can't answer something?
It transfers the call or takes a message. By default, it escalates anything involving billing disputes, prescription refills, or emergency dental pain — these always reach a human.
Will it integrate with my practice management software?
